MERIDA, Yucatán.
Acataré lo que decida la autoridad federal en última instancia respecto al
"Juicio para la Protección de los Derechos Políticos Electorales",
mediante el cual impugnamos la sentencia emitida por el Tribunal Electoral del
Estado que revocó la constancia de asignación de diputada que me fue otorgadas por el Consejo General del Instituto de Procedimientos
Electorales y Participación Ciudadana (Iepac), declaró la ex candidata panista
Paloma Angulo Suárez.
-Este asunto –añadió-,
lo veo como lo que es un caso eminentemente jurídico y no como una lucha
personal contra alguien en particular, lo único que busco es que quede un
precedente de cuál es el criterio que debe prevalecer –añadió.
La regidora con licencia agregó que México es un país con
instituciones jurídicas y el hecho de recurrir a ellas, como lo está haciendo,
no debe ser motivo de preocupación para nadie y menos para los panistas que siempre hemos defendido el Estado de Derecho.
En estos momentos, señaló, el asunto se encuentra en la
Sala Regional de TEPJF en Xalapa, y en caso de ser necesario, bajo la misma
óptica de buscar sentar un precedente, si la resolución me fuera adversa,
recurriré a la última instancia que es el Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial
de la Federación (TEPJF ) en la ciudad de México.
Y si me fuera favorable y los compañeros deciden recurrir
el TEPJF, lo entendería perfectamente, porque se trata de que no queden dudas
sobre este caso.
-Si la resolución final no me es favorable, una vez
agotadas todas las instancias, seré la primera en reconocerlo y seguiré
trabajando para mi partido con el mismo ánimo de cooperación con que lo he
hecho siempre -concluyó.
Como informamos el jueves 6 pasado, a pocas horas de que
venciera el plazo, las ex candidatas panistas a diputadas locales, Paloma Angulo
Suárez y Yahayra Centeno Ceballos, promovieron conjuntamente el referido juicio
y están en espera de una resolución, que debe conocerse en los próximos días.
Que podría ser recurrida por cualquiera de las partes ante las oficinas
centrales del TEPJF.

And if I were friendly and co decide to appeal the Electoral Tribunal, would understand perfectly, because it is that there are no doubts about this case.
