En polémica decisión, que evidencia las inconsistencias
del Nuevo Sistema de Justicia Penal, la jueza de Control Elsy Villanueva Segura
liberó a ocho traficantes de pepino de mar y ordenó una investigación contra
los policías que los capturaron.
Tras hacer comparecer a los policías que participaron en
la detención, la juzgadora liberó a los violentos traficantes de pepino de mar,
pese a que fueron detenidos en flagrancia cuando capturaban la especie en veda,
Incrédulos, los policías salieron cabizbajos del
tribunal, toda vez que no sólo no se les reconoció que arriesgaron su vida en
el cumplimiento del deber, sino que ahora son ellos los que pasarían a la
cárcel por detener a los infractores, pues la juez ordenó abrirles
investigación por la presunta lesión de uno delos depredadores detenidos.
La liberación se dio luego de maratónica jornada, que
duró poco más de nueve horas y concluyó en la madrugada, en la que hubo
polémicos procedimientos en favor de los ocho pescadores furtivos.
La juez Villanueva Segura determinó la no vinculación a
proceso y por ende la libertad de los pepineros, pese a las evidencias
incluidas en la carpeta de investigación.
Como informamos, el 6 de agosto, policías estatales que
realizaban sus patrullajes que hacían en Dzilam de Bravo, a bordo de dos
embarcaciones oficiales, se percataron de dos lanchas de pescadores cuando
éstos se dirigían a la bocana del puerto de abrigo y al ver a los policías,
aceleraron tratando de escapar.
Los policías se acercaron, pero fueron recibidos con
aceleraron la velocidad al percatarse de disparos de una escopeta calibre 16 ,
además de que arrojaron piedras y palos contra los uniformados.
Sin embargo, los policías se impusieron y los detuvieron,
asegurando dos botes y el cargamento de pepino de mar.
Los pescadores detenidos fueron José Luis Ojeda Pech,
Jesús Enrique Basto Ortiz (portador del arma de fuego), David Jesús Mejía
Córdova, Luis Ángel Iuit Chay, Ruperto Raymundo García Chay, Omario Enrique
Gómez Eligio, Omauri Santiago Campos Zapata y Ángel Ramiro Mejía Córdova,
acusados también por ataques peligrosos en contra de servidores públicos.
Pese a ello, en la audiencia que concluyó hoy,
sorprendentemente la juez Blanca Beatriz Bonilla González accedió, a solicitud
de la defensa de los pepineros, a citar a los once policías para que declararán
en torno a los hechos.
Trascendió que la juez también sorprendió al permitir que
los abogados defensores de los agresores estuvieran presentes en la audiencia
tomando fotografías.
Tras el inverosímil fallo, los pepineros obtuvieron su
libertad y los policías ahora son acusados a pesar de que cumplieron su deber y
arriesgaron sus vidas. FORMAL PRISIÓN
