El CCE avala la reorganización administrativa del próximo Ayuntamiento

Mérida, Yucatán. A unos días del relevo en el Ayuntamiento de Mérida, el Consejo Coordinador Empresarial de Yucatán manifestó su respaldo al alcalde electo Mauricio Vila Dosal y a su propuesta de reorganizar la estructura administrativa del gobierno municipal 2015-2018, cuyos objetivos son la eficiencia, el ahorro de recursos y la innovación.
En reunión celebrada esta tarde en las oficinas de la Coparmex-Mérida, los empresarios dieron su voto de confianza al próximo presidente municipal y sus planes de reforzar la eficiencia administrativa en la Comuna, la mejora en los servicios públicos y la transparencia en el manejo de los recursos, entre otros aspectos planteados por Vila Dosal en su exposición.
Acompañado por los próximos coordinadores generales, César Bojórquez Zapata, de Funcionamiento Urbano; Víctor Hugo Lozano Poveda, de Política Comunitaria, y Alvaro Juanes Laviada, de Administración, el alcalde electo explicó los detalles de la nueva estructura administrativa, en la que resaltó el adelgazamiento de la burocracia municipal y los ahorros de $27 millones al año que se lograrían con esa medida, que finalmente se traduciría en acciones más rentables como la adquisición de maquinaria para los servicios públicos.
Asimismo, Vila Dosal destacó la experiencia y capacidad de sus colaboradores, como la del ex alcalde Bojórquez Zapata, la ex secretaria de Turismo, Carolina Cárdenas Sosa y Virgilio Crespo Méndez, quienes serian los directores de Turismo y Promoción Económica y de Obras Públicas, respectivamente.

Entre otros aspectos, el futuro alcalde informó a la cúpula empresarial que sostuvo una reunión con los regidores de oposición para plantearles la reorganización administrativa antes de presentarlo a la prensa y afirmó que hay tranquilidad en los siete sindicatos que tienen relación laboral con la Comuna.
Durante su intervención, Nicolás Madáhuar Bohem, presidente del CCE, manifestó que todo ahorro es bienvenido y subrayó la necesidad de otorgar espacios de tiempo para realizar cambios sobre la marcha en caso de ser necesario.
Por otro lado, sugirió a la próxima administración seguir trabajando en materia de transparencia.
Por su parte, el presidente de la Canacome-Servytur, José Manuel López Campos, subrayó que el reordenamiento de la administración municipal deberá también dar frutos con base en indicadores de desarrollo, particularmente en el área de la creación de empleos y la promoción del turismo en esta capital.
También sugirió la posibilidad de que la autoridad municipal mejore los procedimientos para las adquisiciones y una revisión de los consejos consultivos para hacerlos más eficaces e incluso, agruparlos por ejes temáticos.
A su vez, el presidente de la CMIC, Edgar Conde Valdéz, manifestó que en primera instancia le pareció excelente la forma en que se planteó el nuevo esquema administrativo del Ayuntamiento y sugirió que bajo este nuevo esquema se reanuden los convenios de colaboración de esa Cámara con la autoridad municipal.
Carlos Viñas Heredia, presidente de la Canadevi, manifestó su respaldo al reordenamiento propuesto por el alcalde electo y preguntó sobre la forma en el que el sector de la vivienda se coordinará con la Coordinación General de Funcionamiento Urbano.
Mauricio Vila respondió todas las dudas respecto al trabajo de las coordinaciones y precisó las ventajas de agrupar las dependencias por ejes temáticos.
En su turno, Mario Can Marín, presidente de la Canacintra, manifestó que la Cámara que preside ve con buenos ojos la reducción de puestos en el Ayuntamiento y expresó que esta medida no debe afectar los servicios a los ciudadanos.
Vila Dosal afirmó que esta reordenación no afecta ninguna de las funciones sustantivas del Ayuntamiento, ni la eficiencia y la calidad de los servicios públicos que la ciudad requiere.
Por su parte, Ricardo Dájer Nahum, presidente de la a Cámara Mexicana de Hoteles de Yucatán, manifestó su respaldo al reordenamiento y agradeció la apertura del alcalde electo, tanto en campaña como en el período de transición para escuchar todas las inquietudes del sector.
