Los magistrados federales de Xalapa, Veracruz, designaron ayer a otros diputados plurinominales del PAN, dejando fuera a dos mujeres y a un candidato que pugnaban por esas posiciones.
Algo que no se esperaba era que ahora llegará al Congreso la alcaldesa de Tinum, Natalia Mis Mex, del PAN.
Como se recordará, inicialmente el Consejo Electoral estatal decidió no tomar en cuenta a los candidatos que tuvieron la mejor votación para incluirlos y nombrar en su lugar a tres mujeres, que fueron Yahaira Centeno Ceballos, Paloma Angulo Suárez y Cinthya Valladares Couoh, para hacer que prevalezca la equidad de género.
Ante la inconformidad de los candidatos afectados, el Tribunal Electoral del Estado decidió que esas diputaciones plurinominales le correspondían a Moisés Rodríguez Briceño, Manuel Argáez Cepeda y a Rafael Montalvo Mata.
Las panistas mencionadas llevaron el caso a la Sala Regional, donde ayer los magistrados decidieron hacer un listado “híbrido” de los 10 que —consideraron— tienen derecho a las plurinominales en el PAN, mezclando a los cinco de la lista con los de mejor votación.
Con esta nueva lista, los magistrados integraron otra más alternando a un hombre y una mujer, de tal manera que quienes quedaron finalmente fueron Raúl Paz Alonzo, Beatriz Zavala Peniche, Rodríguez Briceño, Natalia Mis, Argáez Cepeda y Cinthya Valladares.
Quienes se sientan afectados en sus derechos aún pueden recurrir a la Sala Superior del Tribunal Federal para solicitar la revisión correspondiente.
En otros casos de Yucatán, la Sala Regional del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación también desechó (por infundada) la protesta del PRD, que buscaba un segundo diputado local.
También confirmaron los triunfos del PRI por las alcaldías en Panabá y Yaxcabá, donde los había impugnado el PAN.
