El titular del Poder Ejecutivo, Rolando Zapata Bello, y el director general de Grupo Modelo, Ricardo Tadeu Almeida Cabral de Soares, signaron las escrituras correspondientes al contrato de compraventa de terrenos por parte del gobierno del Estado a dicho grupo empresarial, para la construcción de las instalaciones de la Cervecería Yucateca, en Hunucmá, al poniente de la entidad.
En reunión realizada en la Dirección General de Relaciones Públicas del gobierno estatal, Zapata Bello afirmó que este (por ayer) es un día histórico para Yucatán, pues la firma de esos documentos representa una visión en la que la economía del territorio se proyecta a futuro con elementos que permitirán atraer inversiones e impulsar el crecimiento industrial.
Indicó que los avances de construcción en las 300 hectáreas que ocupará el parque industrial de la Cervecería Yucateca han comenzado y no se detendrán hasta que operen dichas instalaciones, lo que traerá beneficios económicos y sociales a muchas familias del estado.
“Éste ha sido un trabajo en equipo. Se ha hecho en tiempo y forma con una dinámica intensa, porque el gobierno no podría hacerlo si la empresa no tuviera esa dinámica y todos haciendo cada quien lo que corresponde, cumpliremos con cada paso de este gran proyecto en los tiempos previstos”.
Este hecho, resaltó, es un mensaje positivo y viene respaldado por los compromisos de gestión que hemos efectuado ante las autoridades federales para fortalecer la infraestructura logística que acompañe este gran plan. De esa forma, tendrá una prospectiva que favorecerá a las generaciones actuales y futuras que crezcan en Yucatán, en el sureste y en todo México.
En su intervención, Tadeu Almeida reconoció el trabajo del mandatario y su gabinete para conseguir, en tiempo récord, los permisos necesarios ante las autoridades federales y municipales correspondientes para avanzar con el proyecto de instalación de la Cervecería Yucateca en Hunucmá.
“Juntos, en Grupo Modelo, avanzamos de la mano con mi amigo, el gobernador Zapata Bello, en ese sueño de reindustrializar al estado. Y estoy seguro que ese mismo sueño tiene como finalidad traer beneficios a toda la gente de Yucatán, nosotros estamos comprometidos con el estado”, declaró.
—En nuestras manos tenemos una oportunidad única de hacer realidad esos sueños y que ese sueño represente la felicidad, a condición de progreso y de mejoramiento en la calidad de vida de muchas personas.
Por su parte, el secretario de Fomento Económico, David Alpizar Carrillo, informó que de las 300 hectáreas que conforman los terrenos, el primer cuadrante de 25 hectáreas muestra un avance de desmonte del 100%; los cuadrantes dos y tres, del 70%.
Aún se encuentran pendientes los permisos para realizar dichas actividades en el cuarto cuadrante, los cuales son otorgados por el Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia.
El funcionario agregó que 12 tractores están en operación de desmonte todo el día; han comenzado las labores de trazo para la colocación de postes y líneas perimetrales del terreno.
También, se usan ya tres bancos de materiales para el despalme y el desmonte, y se trabaja en el proyecto para la línea eléctrica que no afectará la infraestructura urbana de Hunucmá.
Sobre los trámites realizados, se gestionaron todos los permisos y licencias de tipo gubernamental y ambiental en tiempo récord, para iniciar las labores de manera legal. Éstos se llevaron a cabo con la colaboración del Ayuntamiento de Hunucmá y las Secretarías de Desarrollo Urbano y Medio Ambiente, de Obras Públicas, y de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales.
Asimismo, de los Institutos para la Conservación y Construcción de Obra Pública, y de Infraestructura Carretera de Yucatán; las Comisiones Federal de Electricidad, y Nacional del Agua, así como las Juntas de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Yucatán, y de Electrificación del Estado, entre otras.
Estuvieron en la firma el consejero Jurídico del Gobierno estatal, Ernesto Herrera Novelo; el titular de la Notaría Pública 93, Miguel Jesús Sarabia Pérez y el vicepresidente Jurídico y de Asuntos Corporativos de Grupo Modelo, Pablo Jiménez Zorrilla.
De igual modo, el director Regional de Ventas de la Zona Sureste de Grupo Modelo, Eduardo Loges; el alcalde de Hunucmá, Delio Jaime Pérez Tzab y directivos del grupo empresarial.
