Por tercera ocasión, la Fiscalía General del Estado
fracasó en su intento de conseguir que el Juez Primero de Control dejara en la
cárcel a Jonathan Rey Torre Alvarado, quien el pasado 15 agosto atropelló a una
mujer en un paso peatonal.
En lo que fue la tercera audiencia, denominada de
vinculación de acuerdo con el nuevo Sistema de Justicia Penal, el juzgado
liberó a Torre Alvarado, conocido popularmente como “López Conejo II”, y sólo
ordenó que se le fijen las siguientes medidas cautelares: una garantía
económica, no debe abandonar el estado y acudir a firmar a la administración
del Juzgado hasta el próximo 9 de octubre.
La audiencia de imputación se tuvo que realizar dos
veces, por inconsistencias en la integración de la carpeta. En ambas ocasiones
el joven homicida fue liberado sin tener que pagar ninguna garantía económica
para reparar el daño ocasionó.
Al reponerse la diligencia, las inconsistencias que se le
señalaron a la FGE persistieron y otra vez a la calle el acusado.
Se esperaba que en este tercer intento por fin pisara la
cárcel, pero de nuevo fracasó la Fiscalía y otras está en la calle, aunque
ahora sí tuvo que depositar una fianza, de la cual no se informó el monto.
La dependencia tendrá hasta el 9 de octubre para cerrar
las investigaciones.
El pasado 15 de agosto, Torres Alvarado atropelló y mató
a una mujer que se disponía a cruzar el paso peatonal frente a la Delegación
Oriente de la Cruz Roja.
El sujeto, que iba acompañado de otro joven igual ebrio,
reaccionó cuando empleados de una gasolinera y un supermercado le gritaron que
había arrollado a la mujer, identificada como Olivia Ruz Castillo, de 52 años
de edad, quien sufrió graves heridas que ameritaron su traslado a un hospital,
donde murió poco después.
Jonathan Rey se detuvo, pero no para auxiliar a la
víctima, sino para echar reversa y posteriormente pisar fuertemente el
acelerador para darse a la fuga. Sin embargo, fue detenido en la misma avenida
Quetzalcóatl, unos metros antes de llegar al Periférico.
