El asesinato de un progreseño queda esclarecido

Un trabajo coordinado de las autoridades policiacas de Yucatán y Campeche dio como resultado la captura de los tres sicarios que participaron en la ejecución en Progreso, hace cinco meses, de Julio Martín Solís Pool.
Los detenidos se suman a otros sujetos que fueron arrestados en Campeche pertenecientes a la organización criminal “Pura gente nueva”, asentada en Ciudad del Carmen y responsable de homicidios, extorsiones, secuestros, robo y tráfico de combustible. Estos dos últimos delitos estuvieron vinculados al crimen.
Las autoridades destacaron que la colaboración fue vital para esclarecer el asesinato y para desmantelar a la banda delictiva, escisión de los “Zetas” y cuya pista era seguida en Campeche.
Caen tres sicarios; está quien mató a “El Canalla”
A cinco meses de la ejecución con arma de fuego del progreseño Julio Martín Solís Pool, alias “El Canalla”, las fiscalías de Campeche y Yucatán anunciaron ayer la captura de los tres sicarios responsables, que pertenecían a la organización criminal “Pura gente nueva” que tenía su base en Ciudad del Carmen, pero que operaba en Campeche y Tabasco, y quiso extender su red al puerto de Progreso.
La ejecución de Solís Pool, ocurrida el 5 de marzo pasado en Progreso fue clave para el trabajo de investigación ministerial y policial que desplegaron ambas entidades para desarticular la banda criminal con la detención de 18 de sus integrantes en Campeche y uno en el puerto yucateco cuando fue capturado por agentes de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública tras sufrir un accidente de tránsito en la motocicleta donde huía después del asesinato de “el Canalla”.
El fiscal general de Campeche, Arturo José Ambrosio Herrera, detalló que la ejecución de Solís Pool estuvo relacionada con el tráfico ilícito de 70,000 litros de diésel extraído del barco “INCA XIII” que fondeaba en aguas progreseñas y que fueron vendidos a embarcaciones de Yucatán y Campeche.
La organización delictiva “Pura gente nueva” tiene en su haber 13 homicidios, principalmente ejecuciones al estilo de la delincuencia organizada, 13 tentativas de homicidio, extorsiones, secuestros, acopio de armas de fuego prohibidas y el robo y tráfico de hidrocarburos a las embarcaciones petroleras de la zona de Ciudad del Carmen, en Campeche, y Tabasco.
De acuerdo con pruebas documentadas por medio del sistema de videovigilancia de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública yucateca se detectó en febrero pasado la presencia de una célula de la delincuencia organizada de la banda “Los Potros”, brazo ejecutor de “Pura gente nueva”, con la presencia del automóvil Seat Ibiza, placas WSB-41-15, que usaban para sus operaciones los sicarios. Fue el 5 de marzo pasado cuando presuntamente por un incumplimiento de pago del diésel robado mataron a Solís Pool a las puertas de su domicilio, como publicamos en su oportunidad.
La captura del sicario que chocó con una camioneta en su huida sirvió para la obtención de datos para ubicar a la banda criminal y la información que recabó la SSP de sus cámaras de videovigilancia permitió rastrear el trayecto del Ibiza, de color rojo, y dar aviso a la Fiscalía y SSP de Campeche de que ese automóvil entró al territorio campechano.
El titular de la SSP de Campeche, Jackson Villacís Rosado, dijo que la colaboración e intercambio de información con Yucatán hizo posible la captura y desarticulación de la banda “Pura gente nueva”.
El fiscal campechano señaló que la delincuencia no tiene barreras y por ello es importante la tecnología, el trabajo de inteligencia y uso de la ciencia para su combate. Incluso, dijo que es un acierto de los gobernadores de ambas entidades el equipamiento de sus policías.
“Recibimos en forma rápida y oportuna el aviso del vehículo donde viajaban los involucrados en el hecho delictivo de Progreso, los seguimos y esperamos el momento para capturar a sus dos ocupantes y después a otros ocho integrantes de esa organización criminal”, señaló el licenciado Ambrosio Herrera, quien ya había informado de estos hechos el 24 de marzo en su Estado.
Dijo que este grupo tenía como actividad principal el robo y venta ilegal de combustible para barcos y transporte terrestre y actuaba al estilo de los sicarios: ejecutaban a la gente en motocicleta. Uno manejaba el vehículo y otro disparaba contra la víctima.
“El vehículo Seat pasó a Tabasco, según vimos en nuestros arcos de inteligencia, los esperamos que regresaran y los detuvimos”, relató. “Capturamos hasta al líder de la banda, identificado con las siglas F.C.P, quien está preso”.
El ejecutor de Solís Pool fue F.G.P. en colaboración con Zulaid Jiménez Torres, este último está preso en el Cereso de Mérida.
El secretario general de Gobierno, Roberto Rodríguez Asaf, explicó que no se pueden dar nombres completos ni detalles de la investigación por cuestiones del nuevo sistema de justicia acusatorio.

La muerte de “El Canalla”, por la gasolina ilícita
De acuerdo con las investigaciones de las fiscalías de Campeche y de Yucatán, el asesinato de Julio Martín Solís Pool “fue por la venta del combustible ilícito” que robaron del barco “INCA XIII” fondeado en Progreso.
Las autoridades investigadoras no dieron detalles del tráfico ilegal del combustible ni nombre de las personas sujetas a investigación en Yucatán para no entorpecer las pesquisas.
Sin embargo, en el puerto se rumoró que “el Canalla” trabajó para José Cortés Góngora, alcalde electo, quien tiene 13 barcos de la flota mayor, pero el empresario pesquero ya negó toda relación con el difunto.
Se señala que otros implicados en el robo de diésel son un empresario gasolinero y un empresario pesquero, pero la investigación se mantiene en secresía.
“Sólo hay un detenido en Yucatán por ese homicidio”, precisó el fiscal de Yucatán, Ariel Aldecua Kuk. “Es el que chocó con la moto, está recluido y vinculado a proceso. Con colaboración de la Fiscalía de Campeche sabemos de otro detenido y con las constancias determinaremos su responsabilidad. Continuamos con la investigación y conforme se den resultados se informará”.
El secretario de Seguridad Pública, comandante Luis Felipe Saidén Ojeda, narró la ruta que siguieron los sicarios en un Seat Ibiza y destacó la aportación de las cámaras de videovigilancia porque arrojó toda la información del desplazamiento, las placas y recorridos de los sicarios en Mérida, Progreso y Maxcanú.
Las videocámaras también permitieron ubicar el hotel donde se hospedaron, El Líbano, y obtener una fotografía de uno de los delincuentes. Con toda esa información lograron la captura y la desarticulación de una red criminal.
