HUNUCMÁ.— El comisario ejidal Víctor Canul Gómez considera que ya no existen los representantes de los grupos ejidales de esa comunidad y que ahora él representa a todo el ejido de Hunucmá, que en su padrón tiene a 1,600 ejidatarios, denunciaron Jorge Luis Cuytún Chan y Víctor Asunción Can Chay, luego que ayer en la mañana se reunieron con Canul Gómez para que les aclare la venta de 360 hectáreas de uso común del Grupo No. 9 Santa Rita.
En la reunión en la casa del ejido, acompañaron al comisario ejidal el secretario José Vidal Chuc Ek y el presidente del Consejo de Vigilancia, Daniel Cob May.
Los inconformes recriminaron al comisario y demás directivos que a espaldas de los verdaderos ejidatarios estén vendiendo tierras del ejido y sin convocar a asambleas para la aprobación de las ventas.
Solicitaron el cambio del representante del Grupo 9, al que pertenecen, porque dijeron que el actual, Álvaro Cuxim Ek, está coludido con la directiva ejidal.

Indicaron que un ejemplo de ello fue que el viernes 14 se pegó la convocatoria para una asamblea sobre la venta de tierras, pero a las 8 de la mañana se comenzó a pagar a $500 a cada ejidatario y viuda para que firmaran el acta de la asamblea a fin de aprobar la “fraudulenta venta” que se pretende legalizar en septiembre próximo.
Con esa medida, agregaron, se pretende nombrar como posesionarios a allegados de los directivos y hacer un cambio de asentamientos humanos sin medir la cantidad de hectárea.
Canul Gómez les dijo que son falsas las acusaciones contra él y que no ha vendido tierras. “Son los ejidatarios, los dueños, los que venden y la directiva ejidal sólo avala estas ventas mediante un acta de asamblea”.—Jorge Castilla F.

El comisario ejidal de Hunucmá, Víctor Canul Gómez, ofreció a los inconformes que cualquiera que desee aumentar su parcela puede disponer de las reservas de crecimiento del ejido mediante una solicitud.

“Como autoridad del ejido, mi deber es procurar proteger al verdadero ejidatario siempre y cuando tenga certificado agrario”, apuntó el funcionario.
