TIZIMÍN.— Pescadores comienzan a cobrar los apoyos del programa de Fomento a la Productividad Pesquera y Acuícola (Propesca) tras una semana de atraso.
Desde temprana hora, los hombres de mar llegaron ayer a las puertas de las oficinas de Telecomm donde les dijeron que no alcanzaría el pago para todos, solo a los primeros 25.
Los ribereños tanto de El Cuyo, Las Coloradas, San Felipe y Río Lagartos tomaron una capacitación denominado “Normatividad pesquera y buenas prácticas de manejo” durante la semana pasada con la promesa que la Comisión Nacional de Acuacultura y Pesca (Conapesca) les daría un incentivo de 7 mil pesos por persona. Hay quienes ya pudieron cobrar esos cheques luego de viajar a Mérida y a Valladolid; sin embargo, hay ribereños que siguen en la espera.
Alberto Tec Ontiveros, permisionario de Río Lagartos, dice que hay quienes todavía esperan ese incentivo pues se que perdieron el día de pesca por tomar el curso.
Ayer mientras esperaban en las oficinas de Telecom entre los ribereños salió a relucir que más que un error del sistema es cosa de los empleados.
Uno de ellos explica que en Mérida a sus compañeros les pagaron completo sin problema alguno y ahí se enteran que en Tizimin uno de los empleados esta de descanso y por lo tanto solo hay uno que se encarga de hacer los pagos y que incluso cuando se le acaba el dinero tiene que cerrar para poder ir al banco por más efectivo.
Se platicó con el encargado de Telecom quien dijo que había problemas con los nombres de los pescadores ya que no coincidían o les faltaba una letra en sus apellidos.
Sin embargo dijo que ya se resolvió y desde ayer lunes se les empezó a pagar solo que será de manera paulatina.
El joven quien se limitó a dar su nombre indicó que a diario se les estará pagando a 25 personas pues no puede manejar mucho dinero.
Incluso dice que ya varios sacaron turno para acudir el miércoles, sin embargo asegura que en esta semana terminarían de pagarle a todos.
