En lo que va del año, las agencias del Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía General, han recibido un total de 36 denuncias, pero al menos en 35 de ellas, los agresores de animales no han sido enviados ante un juez, por lo que no se tiene hasta el momento, castigo o sentencia contra individuo alguno por el mencionado delito.
LOS DETENIDOS. Los individuos detenidos por la agresión de la perrita Foxy fueron identificados como Marco Antonio Vázquez Padilla de 43 años de edad, y Miguel Ángel Rangel Sánchez de 27 años, informó el fiscal general, Eduardo Almaguer Ramírez.
Entrevistado, el fiscal señaló que los individuos opusieron resistencia al momento de que los agentes investigadores se presentaron a su domicilio para realizar la captura, por lo que debieron ser sometidos. “Marco Antonio Vázquez Padilla, de 43 años, y el otro Miguel Ángel Rangel Sánchez de 27 años, los cuales opusieron resistencia a la detención, sin embargo pues ya fueron detenidos, los mismos ya se encuentran en la Fiscalía Central”, señaló.
Almaguer Ramírez recordó que “de acuerdo a la Ley y si la perrita muriera son acreedores de 6 meses a tres años de prisión, y multa de 200 a mil días de salario mínimo”. Crónica.
