Virgilio Andrade sería convocado por el Congreso

MÉXICO.— El panista Ricardo Anaya Cortés calificó como una burla las conclusiones que emitió ayer el titular de la Secretaría de la Función Pública (SFP), Virgilio Andrade, sobre el caso de la llamada “Casa Blanca”, en las que exoneró al presidente Enrique Peña Nieto y al secretario de Hacienda Luis Videgaray de incurrir en conflicto de intereses en la compra de inmuebles, según el sitio “24 Horas”.
“Lo que ha expresado Virgilio Andrade es una auténtica burla que ofende a los mexicanos y viene a confirmar lo que lastima tanto a nuestro país: la impunidad; que la corrupción queda sin castigo”, afirmó el nuevo líder nacional del PAN.
Durante su primer discurso como el dirigente del PAN, el también diputado federal con licencia, afirmó que durante la próxima legislatura en la Cámara de Diputados su partido impulsará la construcción de la reforma secundaria en materia anticorrupción.
Por lo que adelantó que este caso lo llevará el PAN “hasta la fiscalía especializada en delitos relacionados en delitos de corrupción”.
Anaya tomó protesta ayer como nuevo presidente del PAN en sustitución de Gustavo Madero, quien concluyó ayer su gestión.
Ayer, el Comité Ejecutivo Nacional (CEN) una sesión extraordinaria donde Madero Muñoz, dirigente saliente, agradeció el trabajo y dedicación de sus integrantes.
Gustavo Enrique Madero se incorporará a partir del 1º de septiembre como diputado federal en el recinto de San Lázaro, mientras que Marko Cortes, lo hará también, pero con la categoría de coordinador de esta fracción parlamentaria.
“Sólo en México”
Por su parte, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, fundador del Movimiento Regeneración Nacional (Morena) (Morena), criticó la resolución de Andrade, según “El Universal”.
A través de su cuenta de Facebook, López Obrador calificó como “otra burla” el informe presentado por Virgilio Andrade donde se exoneraba al presidente Enrique Peña Nieto, y al secretario de Hacienda y Crédito Público, Luis Videgaray Caso, por la supuesta compra de bienes inmuebles.
“Nada más recordemos que a Virgilio Andrade lo nombró Peña Nieto. Solo en México se da el caso de que al juez, encargado de investigar y hacer justicia, lo nombra el inculpado”, escribió López Obrador.
Asimismo, el PAN y el PRD, principales fuerzas de la oposición, exigirán que Virgilio Andrade, comparezca ante el Congreso para explicar qué criterios siguió para exonerar al Peña Nieto y a Luis Videgaray Caso.
“Vamos a ir a la Comisión Permanente y en la Comisión Permanente vamos a pedir la comparecencia de Virgilio, por supuesto, porque lo que hizo fue debilitar a la Secretaría de la Función Pública”, dijo en entrevista el diputado perredista Fernando Belaunzarán.
Para Belaunzarán, miembro de la Comisión Permanente del Congreso, desde el principio fue incorrecto que se encargara la investigación a Andrade, subordinado del presidente. El responsable de la indagatoria debió ser el Poder Legislativo, dijo.
“Fue la crónica de una pantomima anunciada. La verdad es que la investigación en sí misma es un conflicto de interés. Entonces, pensar que una investigación con conflicto de interés de origen iba a dilucidar el conflicto de interés era ingenuo”, dijo el perredista.
“Yo llamaría al nuevo Congreso, a la nueva Cámara de Diputados (que asume funciones el 1 de septiembre), a que no bloquee una comisión especial sobre esto”, añadió.
La senadora panista Laura Rojas, también integrante de la Comisión Permanente, coincidió en que es necesario que el titular de la Función Pública comparezca ante los legisladores federales.
También llamó a que durante el próximo periodo de sesiones, cuando deben discutirse las leyes secundarias de la reforma en combate a la corrupción, se endurezcan las normas para prevenir y sancionar el conflicto de interés, recalcó.
“Creo que sí vale la pena citarlo a comparecer, al menos en las comisiones respectivas, para poder profundizar en esto. Lamentablemente no es ninguna novedad, no es ninguna sorpresa. Ya lo habíamos adelantado desde hace tiempo: lo más probable era que la Función Pública exonerara al presidente de la República y al secretario Luis Videgaray de haber incurrido en una falta administrativa”, dijo Rojas en entrevista.
Cuestionado al respecto, el nuevo líder del PRI, Manlio Fabio Beltrones, señaló a medios que el reporte de la SFP está “bien documentado”, por lo que sustenta la conclusión de que no hubo conflicto de interés.
“Creo que (la secretaría) lo documentó a fondo y tiene elementos suficientes como para hacer ese pronunciamiento”, dijo el priista.
“Confío en que este dictamen bien documentado del secretario de la Función Pública lo ponga a disposición de la opinión pública y de los medios de comunicación, con todo detalle, para que ahí certifiquen que se ha hecho un trabajo impecable y legal”, agregó.
Andrade había dicho que daría a conocer su reporte sobre el tema antes de que terminara 2015. Finalmente decidió hacerlo a poco más de una semana de que el presidente Peña Nieto presente su Tercer Informe de Gobierno, el 1 de septiembre.
Por su parte, el presidente del PRD, Carlos Navarrete, escribió en su cuenta de la red social Twitter: “Sobre las conclusiones de Virgilio Andrade, ¿Quién puede creer en la versión de quien es juez y parte”, según la agencia de noticias EFE.
“Debe haber una investigación realmente independiente, sin conflictos de interés”, porque “la sociedad exige conocer la verdad, ya no tolera más corrupción e impunidad”, agregó.
PRI Impresiones
Manlio Fabio Beltrones, líder del PRI, aplaudió el dictamena favor de Enrique Peña Nieto.

Cuestionado respecto a de la exoneración del presidente, Beltrones, dijo que el reporte dela Función Pública “está bien documentado”, por lo que sustenta la conclusión de queno hubo conflicto de interés.

Manlio Fabio Beltrones, leader of the PRI, applauded the dictamena favor of Enrique Peña Nieto.
