El maestro yucateco ya está muy maltratado y nos estamos cansando de ser dóciles, así lo advirtió ayer el profesor Salvador Ortiz Paredes durante una reunión con personal de la dirección jurídica de la Secretaría de Educación del gobierno del Estado.
Casi un centenar de profesores fueron ayer a la Segey para denunciar los errores en el proceso de evaluación de permanencia de los maestros y también aprovecharon para exigir que los cursos de capacitación del manejo de las tabletas que está entregando el gobernador a los niños de primaria y a sus profesores se realice en horario de trabajo, no fuera de él porque ningún patrón exige a sus empleados que trabajen gratis.
La principal demanda del grupo, encabezado por los profesores Jesús González Cupul, Emanuel González Chávez y Osiris Canto Franco, fue la cancelación de esa evaluación porque está cargada de errores, ha creado incertidumbre y con los correos electrónicos equivocados violaron la ley de protección de datos y el Instituto Nacional para la Evaluación de la Educación (INEE) pone en riesgo el trabajo de los profesores.
“Nos van a evaluar por una autoridad y no saben ni mandar un correo electrónico en forma correcta y responsable”, señaló Emanuel González. “Está comprobado que no tienen la capacidad ni la operatividad para aplicar la evaluación”.
González Cupul manifestó que hay incertidumbre entre los profesores porque las personas que recibieron en forma equivocada sus correos pueden hacer mal uso de sus datos, de su clave, entrar a la plataforma por curiosidad o error y agotar el tiempo para la captura de las evidencias, que es de cuatro horas, y una vez abierta la ventana, ya no se puede abrir de nuevo.
“El INEE está jugando con nuestro sustento, con nuestro trabajo”, señaló.
Otra denuncia que expuso el grupo fue la aparición de “capacitadores certificados” que ofrecen cursos para la evaluación de permanencia a $1,500 y $2,800 y eso se debe investigar.— Joaquín Chan
Los inconformes dijeron que si pierden sus horas en la plataforma o suben información por otra persona no tienen a quién reclamar directamente, por lo que el INEE usará la información para perjudicar al maestro.El secretario de Educación, Raúl Godoy Montañez, informó que el INEE ya está informado del error de los correos, aceptó la falla y en los próximos días resolverá el problema. Dijo que al enviar algunos correos se equivocaron en los envíos de información.
