La Sala Regional del Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación devolvió regidores al PRI en cuatro municipios del interior del interior del Estado, y confirmó que en Mérida Movimiento Ciudadano se queda sólo con un edil.
En su sesión de ayer, los magistrados federales de dicha Sala, con sede el Xalapa Veracruz, también confirmaron los triunfos del PRI, PAN, PRD, Nueva Alianza y PVEM en ocho municipios del interior del Estado.
En el caso de los regidores que devolvieron al PRI, este fue el primer revés que le aplican al Tribunal Electoral del Estado de Yucatán (TEEY), al revocar la resolución de esa institución.
Inicialmente el TEEY le quitó un regidor plurinominal al PRI para nombrar a uno del PAN en los municipios de Tizimín, Tixkokob, Kanasín y Tecoh, por considerar que en esos Ayuntamientos estaba sobrerrepresentado ese partido.
Por ese motivo los priistas se inconformaron ante la Sala Regional, donde ayer los magistrados federales decidieron revocar la resolución del TEEY, para devolverle un regidor en cada municipio al PRI.
En Celestún también revocaron la resolución del TEEY para quitarle un regidor plurinominal al PRI y dárselo al PRD.
Por otra parte, la Sala Regional confirmó los resultados a favor del PRI en las alcaldías de Tetiz, Chichimilá y Huhí, donde habían impugnado el PRD en el primero y el PAN por los otros municipios.
El PAN conservó sus triunfos en Temax y Conkal, donde los protestó el PRI, así como el PRD en Tepakán, Nueva Alianza en Muxupip y el PVEM en Maxcanú.
En el caso de Kinchil, donde ganó el PRI y Tahmek, donde el triunfo fue para el PVEM, los magistrados declararon el sobreseimiento de las quejas.
Los magistrados también desecharon el recurso que presentaron Nancy Walker Olvera y otras mujeres que argumentaban que deben regresar tres diputaciones plurinominales a mujeres panistas, en defensa de la cuota de género en el Congreso.
Por cierto, de los pocos casos que quedan pendientes en la Sala Regional está precisamente el recurso de las tres candidatas panistas a las que el TEEY les retiró las diputaciones plurinominales para entregarlas a candidatos del mismo partido.
