MÉXICO (Notimex).- Elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad Pública del Distrito Federal (SSPDF), adscritos a la Unidad de Protección Ciudadana (UPC) Centro, detuvieron a un sujeto que presuntamente acababa de privar de la vida a un hombre en calles del Centro Histórico.
Mediante un comunicado, la dependencia informó que personal del Centro de Control y Comando (C2 Centro) dio aviso de que había una persona lesionada por arma de fuego en el Callejón del 57 número 16, entre las calles de Donceles y República de Cuba, de la citada colonia.
Al llegar al lugar, los uniformados confirmaron que en la vía pública se encontraba una persona inconsciente, con una herida en la cabeza y cerca del herido tres cartuchos percutidos, por lo que solicitaron apoyo médico.
Paramédicos a bordo de la ambulancia del ERUM DF-067-G2 trasladaron a la víctima al Hospital de Balbuena, donde más tarde falleció quien fue identificado como Sergio López Uribe, de 28 años de edad, que se dedicaba al comercio informal en el área de Tepito.
La SSPDF informó que gracias al apoyo de las cámaras de videovigilancia, se logró ubicar al presunto responsable caminando por calles aledañas al lugar de los hechos, por lo que uniformados iniciaron la persecución.
En este caso, los policías efectuaron una revisión preventiva a quien se identificó como Julio César Gutiérrez Aguilera, de 30 años de edad, y le encontraron una pistola marca Colt Government, con cinco cartuchos útiles.
La Policía Preventiva capitalina señaló que al ingresar el nombre del indiciado a la Base de Datos, se supo que el detenido cumplió un par de condenas en el Reclusorio Norte; una en 2004, por el delito de encubrimiento por receptación, y un año después por robo calificado.
Los uniformados pusieron al detenido a disposición del titular de la Agencia del Ministerio Público de CUH-2, donde se inició la averiguación previa FCH/CUH-2/T3/01345/15-08 por homicidio doloso con arma de fuego.
